Dennis was highly recommended to me by a close friend of mine.When I met him and shared with him my needs, he was very helpful in sharing about the property market, trends, and also advise about the market condition at the time of my property purchase. I felt he was sharing his passion, and also doing a lot of education work. He was also asking me relevant questions, which I I felt helped me get more clarity, and narrowed down my search criteria. I was able to do proper shortlisting as a result. I didn't feel he was pushing sales at all throughout the process.Dennis was really helpful in arranging for viewing. He came prepared with printouts, and also advisory on how to rate the house as I was viewing many units in a short period of time. When I shortlisted a few units, he did additional research and provided me with analysis of the units, the historical sales price of that block/area, potential COV, and he also estimate how much each unit owner might be willing to transact at. I personally think this is great as it provided me with factual information. I was making informed decisions with both logic & emotions.He also helped negotiate with the owner and he was able to secure the unit without going into a price war (with someone also bidding for the unit).The process of getting a resale HDB is long, and for a first time buyer, he provided step by step guidance. I didn't feel lost, and I felt he was monitoring the sales process throughout the few months.Dennis also helped with the taking over of the house, and also with some minor followup after completion of sales. I find him extremely professional, and I would highly recommend his service.
